Gary Morrison

Managing Director

“The past decade has been a hugely transitional time for us within our industry. We’ve witnessed the emerging demand for family-oriented play centres with a more contemporary design approach to colour, shape and form. The result being play areas that are both stylish and distinctive without sacrificing functionality or play value. We thrive on the professional challenge of bringing original, creative, imaginative ideas to life.

Our commitment to environmentally friendly production has led us to seek alternatives to our plastic usage, natural fibres to replace our foam requirement and renewable energy to fuel our production sites and investing in woodland as we continue to use timber at the core of our designs.

Central to our philosophy is the drive to set the highest possible standards for creativity, quality and an appreciation of the how ‘play’ can be the most important behaviour in any child’s development.”

I enjoy exploring new design elements that push the boundaries of children’s play to deliver inspiring, inclusive, contemporary play spaces worldwide. I take great pride in how over the years we have evolved Tigerplay into a global business that creates safe, happy places for children to play in, in every corner of the world.”

“Having been involved in design, particularly spacial design for children’s play and leisure, for around 20 years. I find it fascinating how different styles and fashions in aesthetics have evolved and continue to do so. Technology has also evolved and offers an exciting addition to the industry. Our recent progression into VR walkthroughs is exciting and hopefully will evolve further, giving our clients a unique experience through our design output.”

I love that working at Tigerplay I get the opportunity every day to help create the most wonderful unique play spaces and bring someone’s vision to life. Getting to know clients, helping to develop their design, and walking with them from the initial concept through to the installation of their dream space is such a rewarding experience.
